Currently, a release date has not been set, but it is likely to be released the week before the movie premieres on the 26th of June, 2020. We do however know that the sequel will be scored by composer Hans Zimmer, in collaboration with Harold Faltermeyer. Faltermeyer was responsible for the original Top Gun music, soundtrack and theme that we all know today.
