Mirabel is asked what her gift is so she explains about the Madrigal family.
Antonio's party begins; the people of Encanto gather at the Madrigal home; (repeats) [1:30] The Madrigals return to the Casita; Mirabel and Bruno join the family for another photo; 1st end credit song.
Antonio enters his room after getting his powers, his family and partygoers follow him inside a room meant to be a sanctuary for not only his gifts but animals.
Mirabel attempts to calm herself and project the appearance that she fine even without powers like the rest of her familia.
Luisa attempts assures Mirabel that she is fine but ends up admitting that she feels a lot of pressure to always be perfect.
Mirabel inquires about Bruno so her family and townspeople tells her of what they know of his visions while trying not to talk about him at the same time.
The Madrigal and Guzman families have dinner together as they do word spreads about Mirabel and tio Bruno's vision all the while Mirabel attempts to keep the house together as the rest of the family attempt not to fall apart during the proposal.
Abuela Alma attempts to convince the townspeople that everything is fine; Mirabel chases after Bruno's rats only to find herself chasing after tio Bruno, himself.
Mirabel attempts to question Bruno as she follows after him through the crawl spaces of the house; Bruno does his rituals to ward off evil omens; Mirabel is shown Bruno's living quarters and his rat friends; Mirabel questions Bruno why he never properly left Encanto.
Mirabel realizes that tio Bruno has been their with the family along then asks why she was in his vision; Bruno reveals what he saw in his vision of the future to Mirabel.
Bruno taps into his powers after many years to have a vision in which he allows Mirabel to also envision; Bruno attempts to cut off his vision feeling that he as failed only to find the courage through Mirabel to push forward to see the full picture.
After lashing out at Mirabel and creating a cactus, Isabel finds herself able something different than create perfect flowers and other beautiful vegetation.
Mirabel and the family race to rescue the candle as the house falls apart all around them; the house manages to save Mirabel; the family survey the damage as Mirabel disappears.
Alma tells Mirabel the story of how the miracle came to be; (Flashback) Montage of Alma and Pedro's life together including their meeting, marriage, the birth of their children, the lose of their first home and village, the loss of Pedro and the creation of what would become their and their villagers new home; (repeats) [1:23] Abuela and Mirabel embrace; [1:34] 2nd end credits song.
Alma admits that it wasn't Mirabel that broke the family but her; Mirabel admits to understand Alma and the miracle then tells her that as a family that can fix what is broken.
Bruno arrives at the river to attempt that he was the one that gave Mirabel the vision; Mirabel, Alma and Bruno return to the village and back to the Madrigal homestead.
With the family reassembled the Madrigals to rebuild the Madrigal Casita with the townsfolk joining in to help with the rebuild.
Mirabel installs a new doorknob to the main door of the Casita, restoring the family's gifts and reviving magic of the Casita and the town; the Casita beckons Mirabel inside.
