Amin tells the story of how he and his family were able to leave Kabul and temporarily relocate to Moscow until his brother was able to transport them all to Sweden.

His mother and one of his brothers, Amin, are being transported to Sweden together with a large number of other migrants. They believe that a boat from Norway will aid them, but instead it calls for them to return to Russia via the Estonian border.

Amin explains to his friend his motivation for visiting the United States. Then he recalls when his mother first developed allergies.

Amin and Safi are released by the Russian Police after they nearly capture them. The police van is used to hold and sexually abuse a girl who was also taken.
