As Alex prepares her luggage and descends the stairs, she pauses briefly upon discovering Karl engrossed in constructing a model aircraft while enjoying the sounds of classical music.

Alex meets up with Karl and Sarah at the church, where they all participate in the Sunday service and join the congregation in singing together.

While Karl works on the airplane model, he listens to music. Later, Sarah visits him in his room and he shares with her about his meeting with his father.
