With much anticipation for their journey, the group of friends arrives at the airport.
Numa makes his introduction.
The first morning following the crash, the guys get out of the jet.
For the first time, the boys ascend the mountain.
Nando discovers that his sister is no longer breathing.
A few guys climbed up to search for the tail of the jet.
The surviving survivors make their way up and out from beneath the snow.
After falling, Numa makes the decision to go back to the base.
Nando describes how they located extra supplies and the plane's tail.
When they realize they can't use it to ask for aid, music starts to play on the radio.
Because he believes he is destined to die, Numa allows the others to utilize his body in an attempt to prolong their own lives.
The day after Numa's passing, the guys make the decision to depart.
The others board the plane to be rescued, leaving only two guys to continue their journey to Chile.
Numa pens a message and tosses it to the individual across the river.
While they wait to be saved, the guys enjoy this song on the radio. When the transmission is cut off, they learn of their friends' recent news.
When the helicopter eventually lands, everyone exclaims with joy.
