It's actually the song listed above - Holy Fool. The snippet is later in the song when Rocco offs the bartender. The beginning of the song is where they pulled the part your thinking about from when Rocco hangs up the phone and until about the end of him speaking with the two guys he kills in the booth.

The actual song title from Puccini's "La Boheme" is "Si Mi chiamano Mimì". It's not the whole opera. :P
