John arrives for his job interview at the agency. (0:05) John and Leonard have lunch at the cafeteria.

Opening scene, John is walking through the streets of Los Angeles with his suitcase. [1:36] Second end credits song.

John meets with Chad at the bar as they discuss their job at the agency. [0:15] Flashback to the time when Leonard brought John to a party filled with famous Hollywood types where the male host of the party started getting intimate with John.

John enters his apartment where he meets Craig's cousin, Andrew, who is just moving in the apartment.

John and his friends arrive at the bar where a local band is performing live. Chad makes a comment on the patrons at the bar. Leonard asks John to bring him a bread basket.

John brings Leonard the bread basket and tells his friends that Suzie and Brian broke up.

Beven says goodbye to John as she drops off her rent money and leaves his office. [0:29] Beven apologizes to John about her behavior earlier as they share drinks at the kitchen. [1:01] Beven talks to John about the death of her father.

Andy asks John about work as he is painting his army figurines. He then apologizes for the SS soldiers in the medicine cabinet and offers John a drink.

Andrew turns on the radio after John gets off the phone hisbmother. John smokes pot in front of Andrew and then passes the joint to Andrew.

John watches a silent film at the living room as Andrew talks about classic movies and his ex-girlfriend.

Josh meets with his friends at the bar as they talk about Hollywood.

Plays on the radio when Mike Sr. enters John’s office and asks him where Tracy is. Mike Sr.compliments John’s radio and tells him not to listen to rock music while working.

John arrives at his apartment where Andrew is listening to music on the radio. John notices that Andrew has been reading his scripts and confronts him at his room.

Andrew arrives at Julio’s house to check on his broken stove. Andrew gets into an arguement with Julio and breaks one of his lamps in a fit of rage, causing Julio to beat him up.

John arrives at Beven’s apartment and has drinks with her. Beven gets a call from work, telling her to be there by 10 o’clock.

Johns returns to his apartment and finds out that Andrew has thrown a suprise party with his friends.

John's friends are watching a dirty, silent movie at the party.

Charlie flirts with John at the party.

Andrew buys drinks for John’s friends.

John’s friends play pool at the bar when Andrew brings them their drinks. They take shots.

John finds Beven at the bar. She talks about her maniac depression.

Andy asks John if he can talk to Bevan for him.

A crew is removing Julio's refrigerator from his apartment after neglecting to pay his rent.

A band is performing at the bar while Leonard causes a scene.

Leonard hits on a girl at the bar while Beven tries to get John to talk.

Leonard gets drunk and starts dancing. He then starts a fight with a bar patron and is thrown out of the bar. His friends try talking to him outside the bar. [1:07] Leonard attempts rob the bar

John enters back inside the bar and finds Beven talking to another guy. Beven introduces the guy as Patrick to John.

Beven is singing to herself a song she walks to her apartment.

John arrives at Julio's house to give him his eviction notice.

John enters the wine store and looks for a bottle for his date with a Beven.

The soundtrack of the film was so amazing, I just had to add it to the list. Also, I highly recommend this film to everyone. it is an interesting piece of art that examines the life of a starving artist in LA.
