S1:EP1 A Midnight Dreary

Arriving at Leo's home is Camille, in order to get him ready for the next interviews.

As Leo's friends begin to show up, Camille departs from his home. Leo is told by her that she wants him to ace his interviews the next day before she departs.

A narrative about lemons that Roderick tells Dupin is actually a business strategy he creates around the lemon and how marketing can sell anything.

Roderick charges his employer of using his invention without asking for permission when he barges into his office. Roderick has a concept, but he patent it, his boss responds. He extends a $500 check to Roderick and expresses his gratitude.

Madeline notices Roderick's worried expression and inquires if everything is well.

Roderick receives advice from Madeline on how to handle his boss. She gives her brother instructions to approach his boss, observe how he conducts business, and then kill him. From the door, Annabel observes and later admits to Roderick that she dislikes Madeline.

Verna shows up at Tammy's house under the fictitious name Candy. She informs Tammy that she will be Lauren's successor because Lauren is ill.

Camille is discovered dead on the lab floor by workers.

S1:EP4 The Black Cat

Madeline exits the vehicle, pulls up in front of an empty structure, and stands there looking at it. On a brick ledge, a crow lands.

Dupin shows up at Roderick's flat and asks about his job, but Roderick is unwilling to share any information.

When Roderick confronts his employer about the fake signatures, Griswold responds that the business is a family and suggests that one day Roderick might inherit the business.

When Juno tells Roderick she wants to temporarily cut back on the Ligodone, he advises her against doing so because it would not look good.

S1:EP5 The Tell-Tale Heart

Opening music / Madeline is dancing with a man while Roderick is at the bar watching the raven and chatting with Verna.

Roderick is at the funeral for his kids. He sees his dead children with deformed faces standing at the altar of the church.

After some secrets are revealed, Victorine and Alessandra begin arguing.

Due to what Dupin claimed to be true at the time—that there was an informant in the family—Roderick informs Dupin that his children did not pass away. He says that the mind of guilt is stuffed with scorpions and that he doesn't want anyone to get stung by one of them.

To capture Griswold, Dupin, Roderick, and his sister concoct a scheme.

Before her mother returns from the hospital, Frederick and Lenore are preparing the room.

Roderick says that Verna, who is invisible, must be enjoying his condition as he sits on the ground and speaks to her. Thoughts of suicide cross his mind, but none of the schemes are carried out.

Unexpectedly, Roderick visits his daughter.

Victorine relives the moment Al leaves her. She recalled killing Al by throwing a large item at her head.

S1:EP6 Goldbug

Roderick recounts Pym's life and his voyage around the globe.

Pym presents the siblings with snapshots of Verna in various groups that date back to 1901.

Tammie performs a stage presentation of her idea, Goldbug. When she sees Verna, she starts to lose it and throws the mic stand at her, hitting Juno in the head. Verba disappears into smoke when Madeline tries to catch her after spotting her at the end of the hallway.

S1:EP7 The Pit and the Pendulum

There are speculations that Roderick wants to leave the board. He instructs Pym to take any and all steps required to secure the board's support, and Madeline explains that Freddie is the pivotal vote and a crucial component of the plan.

When Roderick admits to having signed the consent paperwork, his evidence takes a surprising turn. Auggie is confused by Roderick's abrupt change in narrative and requests that his lawyer ask Roderick if Griswold put any pressure on him.

Verna tells Madeline that she is one of her favorites during their talk.

After telling Roderick that Freddie has passed away, Madeline gives him a bottle of Ligodone. He follows her advice to take all of the pills. Verna suddenly materializes, takes his hand, and forces him to cough up the pills he'd taken, reviving him.

S1:EP8 The Raven

When Roderick spots Annabel in the church, he inquires as to her whereabouts. She responds that because he was wealthy, he took the kids away from her.

Roderick and Madeline are welcomed by Rufus at the Fortunato New Year's Eve celebration.

On New Year's Eve in 1980, Roderick, Verna, and Madeline are conversing with one another.

Verna assures Roderick and Madeline that their life of luxury will be free from legal repercussions. She informs them that when luck meets opportunity, Roderick will soon become the CEO of Fortunato. The bloodline perishes with Roderic's passing, but they gain the entire planet.

This is the end credits song.
